RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Owing to the digital nature of the products, and the immediate fulfillment of the order upon receipt, returns and refunds are not admissible.
You may, however, opt for a refund in case of payment being made but the online digital content being inaccessible due to any reason. The refund will be processed after it is confirmed that the customer is unable to access the said online digital content.
If eligible for a refund, the same will be processed through the original mode of payment. In case of the original mode of payment being unavailable or offline mode of payments, the same will be processed through an Account Payee Cheque or a Demand Draft in the name of the Billing Account holder. Refunds will not be processed in cash under any circumstances, owing to legal and logistical issues.
Transaction Failed But Money Deducted?
If the money was deducted from your account but the website prompt showed that the transaction failed, then the transaction has not successfully processed because of network timeout/network failure or any other reason. In such a situation, the money will be automatically refunded back to your account in 2-4 working days. If the money is not reversed to your account, please get in touch with your bank customer support to know the status of the transaction.
